2 Bedroom Apartment, Sirena Sunrise, Paphos

This apartment has recently been upgraded with new furnishings in March 2024. A new cooker, sofas and new curtains in the bedrooms. A new fridge, coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker was also added. The apartment has just had a new bathroom fitted in April 2025. A very well equipped first floor apartment in an ideal location on this sought after complex. Situated on the outside of the complex the apartment benefits from morning to mid afternoon sun and cool shade in the late afternoon.

Located 0.6 miles from the beach of Paphos.

Central Paphos is a 10-minute walk while shops and restaurants are at 450 yards.
The furnished private balcony allows comfortable outside dining and extended living space. The communal pool is easily accessed where you will find private sun loungers and umbrellas, it also includes a small baby pool. The sun loungers have been replaced in August 2024 with 20 new loungers. A playground is provided for younger guests.

The apartment benefits from a spacious open plan lounge area including Internet based TV system (with uk channels), private super fast Wifi, flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker,a large seating area with two large sofas, dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen including induction hob, oven large fridge freezer and microwave and washing machine. There is also a coffee machine available as well.

There is also the use of a cool box for trips to the beach if needed.

Bedroom 1 is provided with two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes with integral vanity unit and independent air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 is provided with a king size double, fully fitted wardrobes with integral vanity unit and independent air conditioning.

The lounge area also benefits from air-conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full length walk in shower.

There is a travel cot in the apartment if you are travelling with Children who still need to use a cot all we ask is that you bring your own bedding. If you do need anything for baby while you are out in Cyprus like toys, steriliser for bottles, bottles, pushchair, car seats if you haven't rented them from the car rentals, bouncers anything for baby these can be rented from us and put in the apartment for you for your arrival just ask. There is also a booster seat for toddlers to sit at the table and eat. If you need a high chair this can also be rented just let me know,

This great apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and is very well equipped to a high standard for both families and couples alike. Just a short stroll to the nearby bars, restaurants and the beach!!

If you would like a welcome pack to be in the apartment for when you arrive would you please let us know at the time of booking or as soon as you can so we can arrange this for you. This is charged and i can add this to your bill at anytime.

If you do require a late checkout after 10am please let us know and if we can offer a late checkout (no other guests are going into the apartment on the same day as your departure) Then we can arrange this for you.

Lovely homely apartment with everything we needed for our stay, plenty of room for the four of us. Lovely quiet area with supermarkets and restaurants close by! Hosts were very responsive with communication and answered any questions we had really quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week at Serena Sunrise apartment.Everything you could possibly want in an apartment kitted out as home from home. Spotlessly clean beds really comfortable everything worked as it should. Supermarket very handy for bits with larger supermarket about 30 mins walk. I would personally hire car for my next stay as local buses not overly reliable but apart from that it was faultless. Great communication with Beverly host. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Back in our happy place

Back for our annual holiday in this amazing apartment. Was lovely seeing all the new additions that have been added since our last stay. New settees were oh so comfy. New Fridge freezer was great as was the new oven. Wonder what is next on the home improvement agenda So pleased the cool box was still there, as we used it every single day. We did however have to hang a quilt cover over the curtains so it blacked out the bedroom a bit more for the early sunrise (maybe have blackout blinds/curtains fitted). Pool looked clean as usual with new sun loungers around, though we STILL haven’t been in the pool. Seemed to be a few more using the pool this year, yet we never heard anything. Amazed to see more apartments being built close by but they never impacted our stay at all. Added bonus attraction which Linda didn’t like too much was being woken in the early hours due to a 4.9 Earthquake that shook the buildings. Communication before/during and after with Beverley was 100%. Countdown for our return in 2025 has already begun.

Beautiful home from home

The apartment is spacious, light and clean. The kitchen very well equipped with anything you might need. New fridge. Even a steam mop to clean the floors after kids run in wet from the pool, to grab money for the ice cream van. The balcony is really big too with chairs and a table. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbeds. The location, a short walk from the promenade, and even closer a lovely restaurant where we dined regularly and a supermarket. Beds are comfortable, sofas are lush. Lots of tv, channels, WiFi hi speed. We loved it, will happily return any time. Thank you.

Great few days

Great location as we hired a car, no problem with parking, if you don’t hire a car be prepared to walk Apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped,although we felt the bathroom is in need of an update but was t detrimental to us enjoying the apartment. Pool area is great, and quiet most of the time, didn’t have any issues getting sunbeds even though we aren’t early risers . Just 1 bar with great food and cocktails nearby and 1 small supermarket for the essentials within a 5 minute walk , recommend if you’re on a late flight to ask for the care package Overall great stay for me and my friend and our 2 late teen girls …. Thankyou Would defo stay again

Property was fantastic, no complaints at all. The only thing I feel I would like to see is a black out blind in the double room, mattress and pillow protectors and comfy mattresses for the sun loungers. The property has everything else. Would definitely use again.

Perfect apartment

The apartment met all of our needs, beds and pillows were comfortable and aided for a good nights sleep. New sofas were extremely comfortable. Complex is within a 10 minute walk from bar street so close enough to get too but far enough you don’t hear any noise at night. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. Top apartment in handy location with pool

There is very little to dislike about this property. It's well located, in a nice complex, with friendly neighbours; who have evidently been returning for years. The pool as was the apartment was spotlessly clean, with plenty of space to relax. The apartment has ample storage space and full amenities, just like a home from home. If I were to nit pic, then I'd say the shower pressure could have been stronger, but apart from that it had everything we needed. We are already looking to rebook!

Great stay but a few minor changes could make it excellent

Nice stay. Location was good however there was lots of building works going on around the property so no chance of sleeping in past 7am. Water pressure at the property is very low which was frustrating for showering. The only other negative was the toaster which only had 1 element working so took 10 minutes to make a slice of toast. Probably worth replacing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of books to read and great TV choice. Pool was nice too but only 2 communal sunbed mattresses available on the complex. Location was great for everything, supermarkets, beach, tourist attractions and the harbour. Would stay again

HOME FROM HOME

Back again in this apartment for our annual holiday. As this was our 3rd stay in the apartment, we knew all about it and it was great to be back. Sadly there were some issues which we resolved ourselves and some that we have been reported back to Beverley & Stephen which do require attention/replacing. None of them affected our stay/holiday. There were 3 buildings being built/worked on. We know from previous experiences that they start work VERY early but as the builds were at a certain level, they never impacted on our stay. Can't understand why the owners get moaned at about this kind of thing happening, as it is out of there hands, as to what gets built where & when. Looking forward to seeing the completed works though. Once again we looked forward to seeing the "Cat Lady" feeding the cats on the corner but was sad to see the numbers have somewhat dwindled. Looking forward to our return next year with both apartment & flights already booked.

Very clear instructions given from the outset msking it really simple to find and get settled. Perfect little apartment for our family of 4. Very clean and tidy. The pool outside is a great size so even others were using it, thete was still plenty of room. Located within easy travel of the harbour and a few big shopping outlets. We are regular visitors to Paphos, but when our usual accommodation suddenly became unavailable we needed to find somewhere quick. The apartment was clean comfortable and has everything you would need, the pool was clean and a good size. Small supermarket just up the street, walking distance to harbour and mall areas. When we did need to ask the local contact for help with something they were prompt and helpful with their response. Would definitely stay again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Paphos is under reconstruction

No problems with the property its just that kato paphos is undergoing a reconstruction (Massive building site) all over the resort and it was not good to hear the work ongoing next to Sirena Sunrise however in 2 years hope to return to a better resort with all worksites completed

Nice place and lovely communal pool. Great and easy communication with the owners. I would say the shower were not very good though unfortunately,had to wash our hair in the communal pool shower as there was not enough power to rinse . But that didn’t matter,we loved our family stay. We’ve been to lots of parts of Cyprus before and would definitely go back to this area. Great how people before had left essentials in the cupboards,cooking oil,salt pepper etc….very handy,as we did the same with toilet paper and sauces for the fridge .We hope they came in handy for the next people Thanks for a lovely stay in your holiday home

Appt is tired and owners not great to deal with.

Whole appt whilst clean is dated and tired and could do with new appliances ranging from toaster to cooker. No internet or TV for the first few days as the bill had not been paid. Balcony overlooks a busy road with lots of building work being completed. Shower door difficult to open and the shower was a trickle. Sofa's could do with a deep clean quite grubby looking. Pool furniture well what can I say either broken or those that had been repaired had large screws poking through, other appts seemed to have newer beds for the use of individual apartment's. Be very wary of a late checkout, the owners say yes possible then at the last moment ask you to leave as they don't book out as not available, assuming just incase they get an additional booking, which is what happened to us. I'd not recommend this appt or owners, there were much nicer appts on the same complex.

Lovely little apartment but does need some TLC

Nice little apartment set in residential area of Paphos. Good amenities in walking distance. The apartment was mostly clean, had good facilities, washer, kettle etc. The TV and promised UK channels never worked throughout, we did communicate this to the manager several times and she said owners were aware but it was never sorted- mum was a bit annoyed she could‘t keep up on her programs. There was no jug for coffee maker which was broken by previous occupants but this was sorted on the Tues (we arrived on Greek Easter) also the bedding and towels were sorted then; we were left with one towel each and an old black bath mat but more was brought on the Tue after I asked for them. I also changed my bed to put sheets on as the duvet was far too thick, but no blankets so I had to use the dust covers on top of my sheets as an extra layer. No mirror or lamp in the twin room, lots of clutter in the wardrobes and a broken tent under the bed. The shower sliding door is literally about to fall off and would prob benefit from a good clean. This apartment would really benefit from some TLC, it’s mostly aesthetic stuff, but rather than it look like a jumble of left over items a little care would present it much better (options of bedding and spares, I don’t know if I’d have got more bedding if I hadn’t of asked for it and two weeks on one sheet is a bit much, more than one bathroom hand towel and more than one shower towel each, the curtains get dirty at the bottom as they’re hung wrong and the fridge with missing door handle looks dirty but rattles quite a lot) We made the most of it and enjoyed the pool (we couldn’t find any sun bed mattresses and the bed are HARD, so we bought some inflatables to lay on) just wandered in to town most days. I would stay there again but I’d know to check that things like bedding, towels, TV was sorted first.
