The details did not include 5€ per air conditioning unit payable on arrival. We needed 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the lounge as we needed it for sleeping. Agreed on 10€ per apartment with the lovely receptionist BUT one bedroom one was not working and the called engineer did not attend. It was 29 c, unbearable so my pregnant granddaughter and her partner slept in a single bed with A/C, and another family member got no sleep. The bed in the lounge was filthy, so badly stained but not noticed until the bed was stripped in the morning. No toiletries, no washing up liquid. Overall my opinion is calculate whether its worth it, we only needed a stopover for an early morning flight. Not recommended

Everything you need for a short holiday

Small apartment complex with pool, it is well situated in the beachy part of Paphos. Restaurants, historic sight and beach all an easy walk. Our appartment had everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and a small grocery store a block away to get supplies. Perfect low-key stay.

Cheap cheerful accommodation in a quiet and safe location. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is very clean and has all the amenities you need for a budget holiday. It has a kitchen area with large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and plenty of cutlery with pots and pans. The only thing you have to be aware of is there is a charge of €5 per day if you want to use the air conditioning. Not a problem really, just factor it into you daily cost for the hotel room. It's still really cheap and good value. The location of the hotel is not in the Paphos town, but there is a bus stop nearby 5 minutes away on the main street that can take you into town. The bus stop is outside the 'Tea for two' restaurant across the street. If you want to walk it will take around 30 minutes following the main road. It's very flat with no hills. The beach is also nearby and you can enjoy a nice scenic walk along the coastal path into town, again about a 30 minute relaxing walk with plenty of benches to rest on if need to.

Fair accommodation for the price.

We used this place as a stop gap between checking out of our villa at 1000 and flights at 2300 so we had a place to stay, charge phones, fresehen up and use our last day to its fullest. Price was the main driver for staying here and it was pretty cheap with enough around to keep the kids entertained. Ample restaurants, shops and beach within walking distance which was really good. Cons- no smoke alarm in the apartment and some of the windows had bars on them so no escape through those in an emergency. Air-con comes at additional charge. Pros- customer services very helpful and kind. Cooking facilites, though dated served their purpose very well. Beds very clean and comfortable. Wifi was free and good.
