With a stocked kitchenette including a minifridge, convection microwave, and coffee maker, you'll find all your needs met in this newly renovated and peaceful home.
Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.
I live in Chico and there is on-site management for emergencies. So don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Truly Paradise
A very enjoyable environment. Cute, clean, up front parking. Beautiful views just outside the door. Interesting history found on youtube in relation to the Camp fire.

Glad to be in Paradise.
An interesting spot, converted from Feather River Hospital and old folks home? to short and medium term housing. Paradise took a beating with the fires, still a beautiful place. Eat at the local Thai restaurant, amazing. Debbie’s Dinner in Magalia was perfect for quick perfect breakfast.
