Cozy home on Paradise Island

New and spacious independent 2-story house (2,600sq ft) well appointed and with beautiful surrounding garden. Very conveniently located in a safe and quiet residential area, yet just a few minutes walking from wonderful beaches and public transport

The space
The house is a gated property with 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony, a ceiling fan and air con, as well as a private bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and 2 sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and guest room has queen size bed, and a shared bathroom with shower. All have flat screen televisions with cable or satellite channels.

On the first floor there is a full kitchen and bar with all the appliances guests may need, a dining room, a living room, and a TV/ entertainment room with cable or satellite channels, a DVD player with a selection of movies, play station 3 games, etc., where there is also a comfortable queen sofa bed sleeping 2 people, if needed. Guests will also have a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and a small bathroom at their disposal. There is high-speed wi-fi internet and air-conditioning everywhere.

Outside, guests will find a nice landscape fish pond, a great area to read a good book and soak up the wonderful Bahamas sun as they relax on their vacation. There is also an outdoor BBQ, a patio table and chairs for dining or having coffee or cocktails.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house and surrounding yard/garden.

Other things to note
Beach towels will be provided to guests for their convenience.
Cleening fee: 70$ (cleaning is planned twice a week, or more frequently upon request – at a charge).
