This stunning 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, just 50m to Fig Tree Bay Beach and to Protaras strip.As you enter this modern villa, the ground floor has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, widescreen and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need for your comfortable self-catering stay and the dining area has table and chairs to seat 8 persons.

You will also find one of the four bedrooms with a double bed on this floor and the ground floor W/C.Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and W/C and a double bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
