This delightful two-bedroom villa is situated just in Ayia Triada just 150 metres from the picturesque beach, harbour and church at Ayia Triada. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday close to the beach. The villa has its own private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and barbecue area. There is a delightful terrace at the front of the villa with stunning views of Ayia Triada where you can watch the sunrise over the harbour in the morning or buy fish from the local fishermen.

The villa has free wifi and smart TV including Sky and movie channels. Channels are also available in several different languages.

The villa sleeps up to 6 adults. There are two bedrooms. One contains twin single beds and the other has a double bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin upstairs. There is additional toilet and wash basin downstairs.

The lounge has a corner sofa which converts into a double bed. There is also a self-inflating air bed if needed. For babies and infants there is a travel cot, highchair, safety gate, car seat and plug covers. The lounge has a ceiling fan and two free-standing fans.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dish washer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and iron. There are granite work surfaces. The dining area has a table and six chairs.

The villa also has a washing machine. All towels and linen are provided.

The outdoor area contains a private pool (8 x 4 m - minimum depth 1 metre - maximum depth 1.5 metres) with sun loungers, outdoor seating and a dining area where you can soak up the sun all day long or, alternatively, keep cool in the shade under the parasols. There is also a two-person hot tub and barbecue area.

The villa is ideally located in a picturesque, peaceful location yet within 10 minutes walking distance of a pharmacy, chemist, bar, bakery and bus stop. Both the bar and bakery offer a great selection of takeaway food at reasonable prices. The villa is within 10 minutes walking distance of Kapparis' main shops, bars and restaurants. The nearby bus stop provides regular bus services to the lively resorts of Pernera, Protaras, Ayia Napa and Waterworld where guests can enjoy the nightlife and other attractions there. The local buses depart every 20 minutes, operate through the night during the summer months and are extremely reasonably priced. Trinity Beach is just 150 metres away. Sunbeds and parasols are available to hire. The beach has toilets, changing rooms and showers. From the beach, you can explore the little fishing harbour and visit the picturesque blue and white church. There is a beach cafe which provides a range of snacks, meals and drinks. Malama Cove and beach is just 600 metres away - a short stroll. Water sports are available there. There is also a cafe/bar with amazing views of the cove and beach. The cafe offers good food and live music during the summer months.
