Lovely Villa in a good location

Villa was lovely, well maintained and in a great location. Villa was well equipped with everything you could need. Pool was cleaned twice a week and cleaning service came in after our 1st week. Outdoor space was lovely and pool was a perfect size for a family. 5 min walk to lidl and a selection of shops and restaurants and only 10/15 minutes walk to centre of the main Protaras strip.

Lovely property about 10 minutes walk from the main Protaras strip. Its far enough away to be nice and quiet, but not far enough that you're completely removed from the area. Whilst the kitchen had all the facilities, including DW, WM, MW etc, We ate out most nights for convenience but could easily have managed in the villa if we wanted. Property was in really good condition. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with the same day by the owner who couldn't do more to help. There was a small selection of drinks & food upon our arrival which was a pleasant surprise we weren't expecting. The pool is lovely and well maintained as is the whole property. We have previously stayed in Protaras twice before but always at a hotel, however would definitely consider coming back here again in the future on our next trip to the resort. Small draw back is that there is a crèche near by so you do notice the cars first thing in the morning doing the drops offs as the car park is next to the property but otherwise its generally peaceful and nice location.

Excellent private villa

Great spacious villa, very clean and well cared for, excellent outdoor space for our 2 boys to play, lovely quite location, will definitely be returning.
