This amazing 2 bedroom villa is located at the peaceful Kapparis area which is perfect for families. It is at a walking distance to a couple of sandy beaches. It is also less than 15 minutes walk to several amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets.
Outside there is a 6x3 swimming pool with sun loungers, a dining table for 5, and a siting area to relax and have a drink.
As you enter the villa there is an open space living room / kitchen. There is a corner sofa and a 43 inch flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to prepare any meal or an afternoon tea/coffee. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a dining table for 5.

Upstairs There are 2 bedrooms; 1 with a double bed and another one with 2 single beds and an extra bed for total 5 people to sleep. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony/terrace with nice views. There is one large Family bathroom with a toilet and sink.
