Huge, secure patio on ground floor, that you can access all the facilities onsite, which are heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, pool room and tennis court. Wander across the road to the beach, local cafes and restaurants. Bus stop outside door for ease of access. Nextdoor to prestigious Paraparaumu Beach Links Golf Course.
This is a residential apartment block and we also live in the building. Please respect this is not a party house and know it will appeal to families, corporates and golfers.
