O café da manhã não era fresco teve dias que tinha pão duro de dias atrás, não tinha opções e tudo pouca quantidade, bolo horrível e só teve 2 dias dos 4 que fucamos lá. Não deram tapetes higiênicos para o pet nem pontinho para água e ração. Pagamos uma taxa e não tivemos nenhum benefício para o pet. O quarto é todo feio e com pisos de refugo. Estava com vazamento no box, dando enchente no banheiro. A recepção é atendimento lento precisando falar 3 vezes para realizarem. A cama é ar condicionado maravilhosos apenas isso de bom.

Lugar péssimo! Quarto mal cuidado, a dona da pousada reutiliza os alimentos deixados nos pratos dos outros hospedes e recoloca nas bandejas do café da manhã. Roupas de cama sujas. Foi a pior e mais suja pousada que já estive .

Decepção

A pousada é bem localizada, mas, infelizmente, as instalações são muito precárias. O quarto em que me hospedei está em péssimas condições. A janela está quebrada e foi coberta com toalhas para esconder o buraco. O quarto e o banheiro precisam com urgência de uma reforma. Não estou sugerindo nada luxuoso, mas o mínimo de capricho seria bem-vindo. O banheiro é pequeno e precisa de cabides para que possamos pendurar roupas e toalhas, no entanto o chuveiro é bom e o banho é quentinho e agradável. Uma das camas é bem velha e o colchão não muito confortável. O wifi funciona bem. O que salva a pousada é o atendimento dos funcionário que são muito atenciosos, prestativos e agradáveis.

As outras avaliações fazem jus, pousada longe da simplicidade, a limpeza é ruim, a manutenção dos quartos poderiam ser muito melhor, ar condicionado e televisão não funcionam. O café da manhã é bom, mas o local onde é servido poderia ter uma estrutura melhor, assim como a pousada em um todo. Aceitam animal mas é cobrado uma taxa única. A única ressalva é para localização, super centralizada e perto de tudo.

A pousada está super bem localizada de frente para o mar ! O atendimento da Bárbara foi excelente é muita solícita e atenciosa.Com relação a estrutura dos quartos estão passando por renovação.Se retornarmos a Paraty com certeza ficaremos lá.

No site consta, estacionamento gratuito mas a pousada só tem 4 vagas se não colocar na vaga antes de outros hóspedes fica na rua o carro, fiquei no térreo e como é um ponto de passagem não deixamos a porta aberta, porém a janela também não abria a piscina não estava limpa e o café da manhã totalmente desorganizado, única coisa boa é a localização de resto tem que melhorar muita coisa!

Estadia ruim.

A pousada é bem velha, precisa de uma boa reforma. Os lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos, o quarto razoávelmente limpo também. Alugamos dois quartos porém o do andar de cima o chuveiro não esquentava e nem o ar gelava. O café da manhã bem simples,com pouca variedade a reposição bem demorada. A sorte foi que ficamos apenas 1 dia. A localização é ótima.
