Cozy country house with pool, located in the Mato Dentro neighborhood, approximately 10 km from the city center, on the way to the most beautiful waterfalls of Paraty.
Place of lush nature, providing great feeling of well-being, with fully wooded area, great environment for those who appreciate nature.
The house has 03 bedrooms, 01 living room, 02 bathroom, 01 laundry and 01 large rustic kitchen, equipped with all utensils, ceiling fans and television in all bedrooms and living room, cable TV, satellite with open channels, wi- fi, pool table, pool and shower.
We also have a large garden, with a small fish pond, rearing rabbits, chickens and birds, only for ornamentation of the site.
