Located in the heart of Parentis en Born, in a quiet area, we offer you this 90 m² air-conditioned house. You are also 1.5km from the town center of Parentis-en-Born with its restaurants and market. Ideal for a stay of a weekend or more with family or friends. The house has a pleasant living room with television (no WIFI, possibility to rent a box) and 160 cm sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. It is made up of 3 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and storage space. Finally, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC complete the services. On the exterior side, a garden allows you to enjoy the sunny days and enjoy your meals. You park and you can, if you wish, go by bike to the lake to relax, paddle, have fun at aqua leisure or admire the sunset, you can also go to the city center to do your shopping or drink coffee on the terrace.
