Great location near Gare du Nord station

They had me with the bathsheets! I love a rental property that appreciates a large towel to wrap up in after a warm shower. The location made the stay so much better. It was a quick walk to & from the train station. There is a cafe right at the corner that made early morning and late night coffee stops easy. There is a local market that sells warm banquettes, lots of cheese and meat options, and a decent selection of wine. The flat is well appointed with supplies. There was plenty of room for 5 of us and a bonus 3rd shower really saved time getting ready to go out and play tourist in the mornings.

The apartment was very spacious and the location was down the street from the Metro that took us anywhere we needed to go. The host was fantastic and in touch quite often.

Vi ankommer til lejligheden lørdag. Alt går fint med hensyn til adgang til lejligheden.Ankommet til lejligheden bemærker vi straks flere mangler og skader og derfor kigger vi lidt nøjere efter og finder bl.a. følgende fejl og mangler.-Gardin i soveværelse ved siden af køkkenet mangler.-På hjemmesiden er dette værelse adskilt fra køkkenet med en skydedør. I virkeligheden er der blot et gardin.-I dette værelse er der også en revne i væggen.-Også i dette værelse er fatningen i den ene lampe løs-Der er kun 4 stole i køkkenet hvoraf en af dem er i stykker og dermed ubrugelig, ( vi var 5 personer og lejligheden er på hjemmesiden beskrevet til 8 personer)-Der er ikke nok service. Der er f.eks. kun 3 gafler og kun 1 teske-Flere af vinduerne kan ikke åbnes, der mangler håndtag.-Der er ingen håndtag på køkken skuffer og skabe, så de er meget svære at åbne-Ovnen er ikke ordentligt rengjort, specielt risten er decideret ulækker.-Der er huller i bord og vindueskarme.-Der er mærker på gulvet.-Der mangler en gulvliste ved køkkenet-Der er brændemørke på væg ved vask i køkkenet-Maling skaller af på flere vægge-I badene mangler klinker og fuger og specielt det lige indenfor døren lugter fælt-Dørhåndtag til værelse lige overfor indgang er i stykker.Senere opdager vi desuden at:-Opvaskemaskinen er i stykker. (i øvrigt var den heller ikke rengjort)-Der er ingen viskestykkerSe også anden kommunikation. Her er ikke plads nok til at skrive alt
