The apartment is located in a large courtyard with trees, which is accessed via a private road. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris, completely protected from city noise and also very central: in just a few minutes you can reach the Seine, Notre Dame, Parc du Luxembourg, Pantheon, Sorbonne, Boulevard Saint Germain, Boulevard Saint Michel, Rue Mouffetard, etc. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building with four apartments (no elevator). The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a hallway between them, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee and espresso machine, refrigerator, freezer compartment), a bathroom with shower (washing machine, dryer, hair dryers) and a separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for families with children or two couples. The main attractions can be reached on foot. I ask my guests to respect the exceptional tranquility.

Our host was amazing, we were a bit nervous because it was a new listing but the host was welcoming and had great communication skills. She answered every question we had and was fast to do so. Of all the places I have stayed she is the best host I had to work with. The apartment is in a great location, in the middle of the bustling Latin Quarter, is located in a private courtyard which is incredibly nice, making the location ideal to recuperate from long Paris walks. It’s very close to everything, cafes, market, pharmacy and an amazing creperie called Pinocchio. It’s small but it accommodated my big family perfectly. We never felt crowded, it’s full of charm. Located on the second floor, (third for American standards) but the stairs were not hard to climb at all. It has all modern conveniences (microwave, oven, small fridge, hair dryer, washer and dryer).
