We secured a 1 bedroom suite with the full view of the Eiffel Tower from 3 separate windows and 270 degree view of Paris from dining. What an amazing view it was! Four people slept well, pull out couch was cozy too. Staff were quick to respond to delayed arrival. Hotel is 5 min walk from large grocery store, coffee, shopping and 2 - Metro stops. Great children's park near hotel.

This part hotel is going to be my little home away from home in Paris. It is close to public transportation, and the bus route is right out the front door. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. The staff at the apartment hotel were very nice. They even helped my girlfriend and I put together our transit cards by taking a photocopy of the photos on our passport and giving us tape to fix a photo to the transit card. There’s a little store inside the apartment hotel, as well as a lending library and a coffee shop. Right across the street there are two restaurants. Right next-door there is a grocery store. I would definitely stay there again. Loved our Eiffel Tower view.

Lovely location, really nice apartments, very clean and modern. Perfect location to explore Paris. The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away along the Seine. Also there are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as shops/supermarkets to buy food and drinks.

The presentation in expedia is different than the actual hotel, bathroom is so small we were at the 24 floor and the elevator was broken for 2 days. The bathroom ceiling was broken too. The only good thing is that it’s walkable distance to Eiffel tower

Transportation access is great. Bus #30 stops in front of hotel which is very convenient plus it also takes you to the foot of Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe. Other buses near hotel will also take you to many major tourist attractions/ places in Paris.

Good for longer stays

Generous space for the price given it is Paris. Excellent for longer stays because of the kitchenette, the table and chairs and room to move around. Bring your own toiletries esp shampoo n conditioner. They provide a one-in-all which may not be sufficient for some. Housekeeping only once a week but that’s ok for privacy. Nespresso machine provided but no pods. Shop at Monoprix nearby for your supplies and fill your fridge. Safe provided. Water pressure decent but drainage slow. Remove drain hole cover. Paid Locker storage for late flights. Location excellent for le cordon bleu. Bus 30 stops right outside hotel and has a very scenic route. 5-10 min to metro stations. Surroundings can look a little sketchy due to a nearby sporting centre covering the roads leading to hotel. Korean supermarket around the corner is excellent.

Staff was generally helpful. AC was inconsistent throughout the night and in the elevators. Room was not the cleanest or biggest, but this is on par with most hotels in the area from my understanding. Otherwise, water is provided consistently and we felt mostly safe here. View of the Eiffel Tower was beautiful to wake up to!

Good communication, sorted a room to our request. Good view of The Eiffel Tower. Room was poorly maintained, rusty dishwasher rack, bath panel falling off, hole in the toilet wall plaster, signs of mould on the grout between tiles in the bathroom. In general the whole hotel feels a little dated with stains on carpets and damaged lift buttons etc. The entrance to the hotel is via an underpass which is not appealing and the area gets pretty smelly. Close to the number 30 bus and a nice ‘high’ street with shops, restaurants and cafes. Disappointing.

Location was great. It is 15 minutes walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Having said that, the area around the apartment complex was dirty. There was a street corner where trash was dumped, including someone’s toilet, and it was sitting there for the whole one and a half week that we were at the hotel. The rooms are very cramped and I would not recommend getting a one bedroom suite for a family of four even though the description says it can sleep four. There just isn’t enough space for four people and all of their luggage in such a room. Hotel staff were polite, but unhelpful when a problem occurs. We had an issue with the only toilet going bad in the middle of the night and they told us they could do nothing until the next morning and even tried to blame the problem on us. They ended up letting us switch rooms, but it was annoying that this was only after we kept arguing and insisting. Also, we had to do the switch in the middle of the night, and there was no luggage cart and no help available. I will qualify this review by admitting that this is the first time we have stayed at a hotel in Paris and we are not sure if this is pretty standard for Parisian hotels.
