Broken and dirty

Many things were damaged or did not work The air conditioner did not work in lounge room and many lights It was dirty and towels etc are not changed Great shower, great location and a good price

Good location but that's all

Pros: A good location.
Cons: Cleanliness and service.
The location was great, but the room was not clean, and AC did not work. Staff were just OK but not really interested,.

Pros: Great Eiffel tower view! Great house keeping, friendly multilingual staffs.
Great Eiffel tower view! Great house keeping, friendly multilingual staff. I have stayed for 9 night, and i didn't have to request for house keeping, they tend to it on my mid stay. However Breakfast selection was limited, and hot breakfast options was limited(only hot toast, and hot drinks). Minor stuff such as tilted/broken decor lights, old imprinted bed base/slats.

Cons: They don't clean, they are run down. wotif should be embarassed to have this property
Facilities: no wifi in room dirty; Value: Rip-off, even after paying to upgr; Cleanliness: Grubby, corridors were not cleane;

Pros: Good size appartment with everything nearby and still walk to central Paris.
Cons: Smokers in non-smoking rooms.
Location: Close to everything

Pros: Reasonable location
Cons: No service,understaffed. Computers not functioning. No hair dryer in room,asked for one three times, got one on day 3 !
