Welcome to this inviting Parisian apartment, ideally located in the authentic Batignolles district. Bright and fully equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay for two.
Living room: Sofa bed (170 x 93 cm with mattress topper), dining table with two chairs, portable air conditioner (can be moved to the bedroom in hot weather), and a large fan. A second sleeping option is available; the vacuum-packed duvet is in the entrance storage area.
Bedroom: Double bed (140 x 200 cm) with hybrid mattress (memory foam/latex), drawer storage, clothes rack, Smart TV with streaming services, desk with chair, and a fan on the cabinet. Bed linen provided.
Kitchen: Quiet fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, two ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker with thermos, toaster, and tea towels.
Bathroom: Large shower, electric water heater, heated towel rail, new washing machine with quick cycle, and hairdryer. 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person included. Do not use the washing machine and shower at the same time (humidity/safety).
WC: Separate with window.
