A excellent apartment in a good location, but...
My wife and I stayed here with our adult son and we found the apartment really attractive, spacious, well-stocked and comfortable. The layout is a little strange in that you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the the bathroom (although the toilet is separate, in the hallway). We also liked the neighborhood and it's very close to the Place de Clichy metro station.
The only problem we had was the really poor communication from the property management company that handles the rental. Questions about how the $600 deposit is handled and check-in procedures were unanswered or left hanging. When we finally reached someone the afternoon of our stay, the person seemed surprised that we'd received no information on any of this. We've done many VRBOs over the years and usually these things are sent automatically in the days before your arrival. Maybe they were just short-staffed like everyone else these days.
That being said, we'd definitely stay there again on another trip to Paris (which I hope will be very soon).
