This former artist's workshop has been completely renovated with care. The house is divided into two distinct parts, separated by a central courtyard, a rare haven of peace in Paris. Enjoy the tranquility and relax on the sun loungers after a long day of exploration.
The space
On the ground floor, there is a courtyard that gives you access to the living room and the kitchen, which are connected by a corridor. Bedroom 3 is also accessed through this courtyard.
You go up to the first floor via a covered staircase that also opens into the small courtyard. On this landing, one of the entrances leads to bedroom 2, and the other leads to bedroom 1 and the bathroom, as well as a small dressing room where we store linens for rentals.
Guest access
Travelers have access to the entire house and it's private courtyard.

This unique space serves as permanent exhibition of Karine Romanelli, a French painter, where you can enjoy her showcased artworks.
