Apartment was very clean and in good condition. Clear instructions and great support. Take account of the steps - no elevator so it would be difficult to carry a suitcase upstairs. We luckily had back packs only. The luggage storage is a brilliant idea and so convenient. The area is very convenient to metro, buses, river and shopping, restaurants. Only downside was the pub across the road which played load music and had load patrons until about 2am so not easy to sleep.

Super convenient location. Close to the metro, easy to walk, lots of food and shopping just outside the door! The communication is clear, the place is clean and they are very well set up for an efficient check in/check out!

Love this place!

Our stay at The Beauquartier in Le Marais was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in Apartment #1, which meant no issues with stairs, and it suited our needs perfectly. The space was clean, roomy, and beautifully decorated. The location couldn’t have been better—we truly felt like locals living in Paris. The well-equipped kitchenette and the grocery store right across the street made it easy to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the room. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had no idea that this building did not have an elevator so we stayed on the 3rd fl but this was a HIGH 3rd fl and became a challenge to walk up and down so many stairs. Also, it was hard to regulate the heat. It was always cold in the mornings and the heat would not increase. The overall room was nice and nicely decorated.

Our room required walking up (& down)three long flights of old stairs-some appeared like they were about the break. I recently had knee surgery; the lack of elevator wasn’t specified until after I booked. When I notified a staff member that I can’t climb these stairs she said nothing could be done. Several lights in the room were broken, towels/toilet paper were scarce and the room was only cleaned once per week which meant wet towels remained on the floor. Price was high; we sure didn’t get what we paid for! Stay away! Plenty of better and lower priced options are available.

die Platzierung ist einfach perfekt - das is historisches Zentrum von Paris, Metro ist in 3 Min. zu Fuss erreihbar. Gleich gegenüber und 30 Meter entfernt befinden sich ein Lebensmittel und eine Bäckerei jeweils mit vollem Sortiment. Ausstattung des Zimmers ist super - ALLES, was man braucht ist da, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und modern renoviert, sehr bequemes Bett und gute Bettwäsche. Personal ist immer an der Vernindung, z.B. per WhatsApp, antwortet blitzschnell jede Anfrage und ist sehr hilfreich. Jetzt zu Minuspunkten: glech gegenüber in der 3 Meter Entfernung befindet sich eine gut besuchte Bar, deren Gäste sehr laut sind und da ist bis 2-3 Uhr Mitternach echt viel los. In der kalten Zeit war das kein Problem, da die Fenster zu waren, aber in den warmen und heißen Zeiten kann man deswegen kaum schlafen, weil eine Klimaanlage nur heizt und nicht kühlt. die Treppe vom EG zu den Zimmerrn kannte vielleicht noch Louis den 13, so alt und wackelig ist sie. Ansonsten, besonders im Winter ist eine Supeunterkunft zum absolut fairen Preis.
