Check in was easy. Metro is directly across from the building. So easy. The place is definitely a budget place. It was clean. Enough room for the two of us. The building was most definitely not smoke free. The hallway smelled horrible of smoke and we used pillows at the door to stop the smell. The bed was comfortable and kitchenette was useful. The main door to the building was very loud, so if your a light sleeper bring earplugs. When we stayed the water heater only lasted for one person to shower, so plan accordingly.

This place was nearly falling apart (the floor boards were coming undone), the bathroom was way too small for two people to ever do anything at the same time in the bathroom, and there were dirty handmarks on the wall next to the bed. Total ew!
