Les chambres sont très peu intimes. Cela mériterait d'être plus explicite sur l'annonce. L'insonorisationdes appartements est vraiment à revoir, nous entendions vraiment tous les voisins dont certains sont rentrés tard continuant leur soirée et nous de dormir. Il n'y avait pas assez de vaisselle et pas de produit pour la nettoyer.

Schimmel Schlechte Support

Am ersten Tag hat der digitale Code an der Zimmertür nicht funktioniert. Als wir den Support kontaktierten, war nur eine Kommunikation auf Französisch möglich, und das Problem konnte zunächst nicht gelöst werden. Nach zwei Stunden haben wir in unserem Bekanntenkreis jemanden gefunden, der Französisch spricht. Dieser konnte uns schließlich erklären, dass es noch einen anderen Weg gibt, um in das Zimmer/Apartment zu gelangen.Zweitens gab es im Apartment eine sehr schlechte Luftqualität, und an mehreren Stellen war Schimmel zu finden. Zudem waren die Zimmertüren beschädigt und konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden. Die Lüftung in den Bädern war ebenfalls außer Funktion. Das Schlafsofa war kaputt, und der Lattenrost wurde notdürftig mit einem Bügelbrett überbrückt.Wir haben uns daher größtenteils nur nachts im Apartment aufgehalten. Aufgrund dieser gravierenden Mängel bitten wir um eine Rückerstattung der Kosten für unseren Aufenthalt.Freundliche GrüßeFamilie Rehman

Schlechteste Erfahrung überhaupt, und wir sind schon viel verreist.

Viertel in Paris nicht so toll, aber da würde man drüber weg schauen, Metro ganz nah. Das schlimme war einfach die Unterkunft. Erster Eindruck spartanisch und zweckmäßig. Zweiter Eindruck grauenvoll. Schimmel an zwei Stellen,Haare im Bett, Waschbecken und an den Wänden vom Putzen, höchstwahrscheinlich wurde alles mit dem gleichen Lappen geputzt. Geruch unerträglich, Tochter mit Asthma bekam Atemnot, dazu ist sie schwanger, es wäre fahrlässig gewesen, in der Ich nenn es mal Dreckloch, zu bleiben. Haben sofort ausgecheckt und sind ins Hotel gezogen. Jetzt nur Ärger wegen Geld zurück... Mal sehen wie es endet. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. an den Wänden.
