Staff was extremely helpful, kind and approachable. The manager (I believe his name was Niko) was very friendly and helpful The hotel is in an amazing location, you have restraunts and shops all in a very small radius with a metro and bus station right outside the hotel! The location of the hotel is amazing, right by a metro , literally as soon you clim the stepts of the metro exist tou aew looking at the hotel. The hotel is attached to a huge shopping center. Its jist the best place ro stay when in Paris. Im definitely staying there on my 4hh trip to Paris
