We stayed at this property in Paris for one night as a group of three adults and three children.Before our arrival, we reached out to the host multiple times (including three weeks in advance) to ask if an earlier check-in might be possible, as we were arriving in Paris at 2pm with children. Unfortunately, we never received a response at any point, not before the trip, not on the day, and not even when we contacted them again upon arrival. Even a simple “no” would have been appreciated. The lack of communication was very frustrating and set a negative tone from the start.The property itself is in a nice location and is generally lovely. It’s a two-bedroom setup with a sofa bed, which worked for our group. However, there is only one toilet (despite having two showers), which was quite inconvenient for six people.We also found that there was no cutlery provided at all, no spoons, knives, or forks, which was a significant oversight and made things difficult during our stay.On the morning of our departure, there was no hot water. We tried to contact the host again to report this, but once again received no response. With three children, this was especially problematic.Overall, while the property itself has potential, the communication from the host was extremely poor. Because of this, we would not choose to stay here again.
