Great stay!

We loved our stay here! The place was quite small but worked perfectly and is a great place to stay if you also plan on spending most of the day exploring and only returning to sleep. The neighborhood did feel a little dangerous late at night but that can be said for most of Paris, especially the outskirts. The place was well equipped with anything you might need, and although we did notice a few ants, they were easily managed. The host was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Small but perfect

The unit is very small (pull out couch takes up about a third of the space) but everything is well arranged. The location is ideal, at Porte Dprée with access to the zoo in the Bois de Vincennes, and Metro line 8 and Tram line 3A. It is a very new property, and there were a few minor problems. Christine was able to resolve them right away. She is also very friendly and a good source for what to see and do in the area

Pire expérience de ma vie !!

Une hôte malhonnête et de mauvaise foi je n’ai jamais vu ça A mon arrivée elle m’a accueilli et elle m’a précisé que la table basse était bancale donc limite casser Lorsque mon séjour c’est finis elle m’a facturée des frais car la table basse avait un pied casser et aussi car il y’avait une goutte d’eau sur le plan de travail et ma envoyer des photos des serviettes que j’avais utilisé PAR TERRE alors que à mon départ je l’ai ai rassembler et poser sur la cuvette des toilettes Par la suite je lui ai envoyer des messages sur Abritel et également sur son numéro elle m’a bloquée !! Je déconseille fortement cette dame de mauvaise foi et qui a essayée de me soutirer 150€ pour rien du tout. Il n’y a aucun jardin à disposition mais une cour avec des poubelles
