Suffered 4 nights without adequate heating where only 2 out of 5 radiators emitting heat but unadjustable meaning can’t turn the heat up to keep up with the leaky windows blasting cold air inside the apartment. Contacted the host first night but no action were taken until the morning we checked out at 10 am when two repairmen showed up. I guess the next guests won’t suffer anymore so that’s a good thing. In the US it is against the law not providing essential services such as heat during low temperatures to the tenants so this is unacceptable for my stay.

Bel appartement très bien située à quelques pas de l'opéra Garnier. Malheureusement, le lit est totalement inconfortable, matelas trop mince, manque d'oreiller pour 3 adultes, aucune réponses à nos demandes pendant le séjours. Odeur malsaine provenant du drain de la douche. Aucune air climatisé avant notre 7ème jours malgré une demane AVANT et à notre arrivée. Le reste est bien, propre, cuisine complète et assez d'espace pour 3 adultes.
