Excellent location, very close to the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre, but in a quiet side road away from busy traffic. The apartment had everything we needed, and the bed was really comfortable. It's also surprisingly spacious for Paris. The only thing they could do with is air-conditioning in the rooms and breakfast hall - we struggled in the recent heat wave; but the fans provided helped.

There was no AC and the room was hot. Opening the windows did not help. The bed was uncomfortable The shower was on a hose and would not stay mounted in place. When you turned the water on it sprayed everywhere and was difficult to shower

Nice property overall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good location, 5 minutes from multiple metro and bus stops. The room was a little bit smaller than expected and clean enough but finer details had been missed (one pillowcase was ripped and had some staining - did not raise this with staff as it was only minor, some dust and crumbs on floor & surfaces but again only minor). The shower pressure was abysmal but the room had a bath so we just opted for that instead. As other reviews have mentioned, sound carries well in this hotel and the doors are quite heavy so this could be an issue for light sleepers.

We chose this rental due to the greenery in the pictures. It was very peaceful and quiet. Close distances from monuments, food, culture, and shopping. We would stay here again. Very secure and safe. Breakfast available in the mornings, and very kind staff.

Did not like the shower Could not properly adjust the hot and cold water. It would either be real hot or real cold with no pressure. The maintenance worker was no help because he was not a plumber and thought all was ok Unacceptable the service. Hope our next visit is better

Great Montmartre location, on quiet street. Clean comfortable rooms, appreciated the access to complimentary coffee/tea any time. Easy walk to metro and lots of restaurants in the area.

Rooms are spacious for Paris. Air is stifling- no fan, no ac and it was hot. Had to open the window and the noise from the street was loud. Much louder than you’d expect on a dead end street next to a cemetery. No housekeeping, which was just as well but the price of the room was not cheap. Would have been nice to ask? They did extend a late checkout but the morning person was unaware and called asking why are bags were still in the room. There was coffee available after breakfast but could not have milk - that was only for the morning. So, overall it was very average in a great location. I would recommend requesting a room away from the street. The restaurant across the street was delicious. Next time I would explore other options but love the neighborhood. (Go up the stairs - not down to the Blvd)

A very accommodating and charming hotel. It was a converted apartment and had been “flipped” with stylish, high-end fixtures. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped galley kitchen. It even had a tiny dishwasher! The bed was delightful with a sumptuous comforter. There was a small private patio which opened onto a little park. The staff spoke good English and were eager to help answer questions or give advice. I would go back to this hotel in a minute.

Accommodations were basic. Location and price were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We faced a courtyard so there was no street noise. There were lots of great restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood. Access to public transportation was convenient. Would stay here again.

The room was well equipped for what we needed. The washer and dryer were on the bottom floor and required me to download “WeWash” app to use but was great. The area around hotel is not great but everything we needed was a short walk. The hotel room was noisy because we were on the 6th floor and it was level with a main road so lower floors may be quieter.

It was an ok property. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly & helpful. But it was crazy noisy at night from partiers on the street below. It’s a cul-de-sac and seems like a big hangout, party spot. Finally, they have a deal where you only get maid service once a week. That didn’t work out for us at all. So if you’re into the whole hostel thing, you’ll probably think this place is great. But if you’re an adult, less so.

If traveling with children be aware this is the red light district. My daughter and I did feel safe however we did not go out at night lots of adult stores. The staff is wonderful and helpful, the room is a little older (no AC) but they provide you with a fan and it’s in a beautiful part of Paris, I did not expect anything over the top as this is a historic place to visit. I will definitely stay again

Stayed in April 2025. The property was clean and updated, the staff helpful and friendly. Our room had two balconies, both with amazing views. The breakfast in the morning was a good selection and the coffee was plentiful. The location was excellent, close to two separate metro stations and within walking distance of several sites. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Citadines was lovely! It's very accessible to the train station. It was very quiet and clean and staff was amazing. Lots of French and other restaurants very close by. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty of food to fill you up. We had a great view of the beautiful cemetary next door. Hot shower and nice bathtub and bed was very comfortable. Awesome place to stay. I'll stay here again.
