We had an excellent time at the hotel. it was very clean, and the staff was amazing, the hotel is in a great location near shopping, and transportation and within a walkable distance to the Arc of Triumph, the rooms are a bit small but comfy. The only thing was the construction in the building next to us, but it wasn't a big issue, the hotel handled it pretty well. Merci Beaucoup.

Our stay at citizenM was amazing and I don’t think I found anything negative here. Support staff were amazing and morning breakfast and specifically coffee by barista was best .

Very cool hotel with very cool people!

The hotel is in a pretty amazing location. Like many other citizenM properties, the decor of the lobby is super cool while the rooms are very minimalistic and small. I would say that if you travel with someone else and have a big luggage, the room is actually uncomfortably small and definitely not a place where you want to spend much more time than what you need to rest. I also truly appreciate the eco friendly approach they have but the room was actually very cold for my taste to the point that I found it unpleasant. Despite the fact that you can supposedly control the temperature in your room, it never seemed to warm up and I think it was on purpose! The highlight of the hotel, in addition to the really cool lobby and lounging area, is the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, nice, welcoming and I truly enjoyed every interaction I had with all of them. They definitely contribute to the really cool vibe and environment of the hotel!

We stayed for four days at this location. We loved the neighborhood, there are several restaurants and stores at walking distance. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the hotel staff friendly and willing to help. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Paris on the future.
