The Italian/French receptionist was most helpful on both of my stays for a total of 4 nights. I did complain about irregularity in Green Line service where an African Male Driver said new rule that handicapped individuals not permitted to board despite the law in France, the handicapped designated area to board, the button to push to board, the handicapped designated area, and di also took photos to show that there was a seat belt in that area. In my 4 night stay at Orly, not other driver refused service. I believe the Comfort Receptionist worked to resolve this issue by looking up contact information and the following day on return to ORLY 4 no issues. I used the Green Line multiple times and all drivers were accommodating with the exception of this apparently new driver who just made up whatever he wanted to say.
