Greatly located on the Republic Place, perfect location to be close to everything by Metro or Taxi. Staff are awesome, friendly and multi languages speakers. Very nice place to stay 2 small downsides: - be careful with the demonstration, as Paris is highly place for riots, Republic Place is often closed by the Police when demonstration are ongoing - Can be a little noisy on first floor as the hotel have an outdoor bar located in the center of the hotel. Not after 11pm.

Initial impression was that front office staff did not want to be bothered. We arrived slightly early and were told someone would come get us when our room was ready. They basically forgot about us and we had to hunt someone down to get our key. Buffet in the morning was really good, great selection and clean. Rooms needed new carpet and remodel, but cleaning staff did a good job with what they were working with. The area is not great for families lots of protests across the street in the evenings that draw large crowds. If you plan on taking the metro a lot, it is a good location to get around from.

A perfect Stay

We are delighted to have found this hotel. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The restaurant on the first floor was good, and the second floor featured a beautiful terrace lounge and restaurant. There was also a nice breakfast. One of its best features was its location. A funky area and just a 25-minute walk to Notre Dame. Its metro line, featuring four different stations steps away, made access to any part of Paris extremely quick and easy.
