Great photos, disappointing experience

Traveled with family: two adults-46 and 53-and an 11-year-old child. I’ve probably stayed in VRBO properties 10 or so times and this was the first disappointing experience. Air conditioning is two floor units requiring windows to remain open to exhaust hot air. Never really cooled the space well and was loud at night with windows open. Advertised two toilets, but there is one. One bath has a shower and sink. An adjacent closet-like room has the lone toilet. Space was clean, but looked worn. Pillows were rocks, had to pull bed out to reach lone outlet, shower had no toiletries except for an open bottle of Head and Shoulders. We would not recommend this space.
