Comfortable stay while on transit

Our stay was only for a night, and we weren’t expecting anything too fancy or comfortable, so we were positively surprised with the quality. The person at the front desk was very helpful to check us in in less than 3 minutes. Same goes for check-out. Everyone was friendly. The hotel has a 5 euro transport option to the CDG airport, but we ended up getting a Bolt for less than 8 euros. A heads-up: our room had only a handheld shower head, but that was no issue for us. Would stay here again.

Our family stayed here recently after Norse Canceled (!?) our flight to NYC last minute. We were totally satisfied with this property & the breakfast buffet is top notch. They also accommodate flexible check-out times for a reasonable fee. Highly Recommended.

There was a weird smell when you get out of the elevator going to your room. All the accessories are outdated. The receptionist took a long time. She was helping , i hope another guest, but she needed to leave the front and go outside to talk to them. Waiting for at least 15 min so I decided to ff her outside. Its been a long day and the one thing i dont want to do is wait. When she saw me outside, thats when she went back inside .

I liked the place overall. I don't understand why the hotel has 4-stars because it is very old and worn-out. However, the hotel was well managed and very clean, and the bed was comfort. But I had a bad experience when I check out - I was in hurry, so I wanted to ask the shuttle schedule. What I said to the person at the reception was "Hello! Excuse me, I'd like to ask about the shuttle schedule -". But the person stared at me and said "good morning", so I answered "yes hello-" and she stared me and repeated "good morning", as I should say the word. I could get the answer that I wanted after I said "good morning" to her. I believe I have greeted enough, but "hello" wasn't enough greeting for her? I felt like I was a student and scolded by my teacher.

the rooms seemed outdated, bathrooms could use better cleaning; the restaurant staff for the most part was slow and inattentive; the front desk staff members were amazing!

CHECK-IN TOOK over 1 hour and RUDE STAFF

My husband and I arrived at 12:15 am, and we finally got checked-in at 1:30 am. Two buses arrived after us, and the employees allowed the guests from the bus to cut in front of us. The employee stated that some days have longer waits and that our wait time could have been up to three hours. When we stated the long wait was unacceptable, the employee asked in a condescending manner, "Would you like to do my job for me?" Also, after paying for our room and waiting for the employee to continuously click and look at his computer for several more minutes, we asked what he was working on so we knew if we'd be able to go to our room soon. He stated that he wasn't going to argue with us and then told us he would no longer be speaking to us. Finally, the employee announced our room number to everyone in the lobby. This made us feel unsafe. I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Stay was excellent- but could not find the shuttle for the hotel. Difficult to call front desk from airport for assistance.
