The hotel looked very nice, was very clean and was well situated near lots of restaurants. We were disappointed that there was no air conditioning as there was a heat wave during our stay but they gave us fans for the room and in the evening there was a nice breeze from the open windows. The breakfast was a great value as well and the staff was kind.

The hotel is in a great location, on a small street, so pretty quiet. The family room (sleeps 3) on the 1st Floor was spacious - larger than I would have expected. It was very scorching hot in Paris. The rooms do not have aircon but they already have two fans in the room. Nice breakfast!

Perfect, safe stay for a quick overnight trip to Paris. Only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. I should have noticed that it wasn't listed as an amenity in the listing, so partially on me, but the single fan and only one outlet made the room somewhat uncomfortable.

There was a loud band playing outside the first night I arrived, and you could hear them even inside the building. There was a fan provided, but my room did get quite hot during the day, as it is summer time. The room was clean, and it was the perfect size for me. I enjoyed the view out of my window, and it was pretty walkable to other areas. There were also quite a few cafes and restaurants very close by.

When we looked at the review for this hotel, it showed us that it was 9 stars. The front desk manager was not very friendly and short when it comes to service. He seemed to be a little annoyed about us asking about the air conditioning. When you look at pictures of the rooms they look much more spacious then they are in reality. They are cramped rooms with no air conditioning, so the easiest way to make the room cold is to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, for us we got itchy heads in the morning and my son woke up with a rash on the back of his head. Keep in mind, we had just drove 11 hours to find a hotel in Paris. If you have lots of bags, good for you because you’ll have to take around, 3-4 stops on the tiny elevator that smells like Play-D. However, the room was very clean with no bugs, until after the window was opened, and no trash. Luckily, if you own a car the nearest public parking is 5minutes away.

I thought the hotel had AC which was my mistake. There is a fan and the windows open. No plugs by the bed. I bring a ten foot cord and that didn’t reach without creating a tripping hazard. Wifi cut out often. Breakfast was nice.
