We stayed in the premier room, it was perfect for us. We had a spacious room with views from our balcony onto the streets below. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our afternoon tea in the foyer every day. The only downfall was the breakfast, the options of what to eat were very limited and often not enough for everyone to eat.

Is is true that we are waiting for a new treadmill, ours is a bit tired since a couple of days. Would you please let us know what other facilities were not working ? Our steam room, chair massage, air conditioning / heating are fully working.

The room was very small but comfortable. The toilet was seperate from the bathroom which is very functional. The bathroom appeared clean but smelt terribly, I think there was a problem with the plumbing, it was most unpleasant.
