H4 hotel was clean with modern facilities plus great customer service with staff who can speak English. Despite being one of the highly rated rooms, there was no microwave, refrigerator, or pressing iron. I requested for pressing iron and it was delivered to me but was told the room doesn’t come with a refrigerator.

Me and my brother stayed over to watch the rugby. If you’re looking for a hotel that is close to the stadium and offers exceptional amenities, this is the place to stay. Great views from some of the floors and you’ll definitely get access to the pool.

A nice functional hotel. Clean rooms. Good size bed. Not enough coffee etc as always. A complicated lift system which caused problems accessing sky bar. Sky bar scheduled to open until midnight but closed earlier.

Clean hotel and nice facilities however the trip was sadly disappointing due to broken air conditioning in the room and nobody to fix it. Hotel refused a refund as I booked with Expedia despite a sleepless night. Very disappointed. A fan was given to us but did not help matters.
