We were sent to our room and the cleaner was in there. It was difficult to get permission to go the 40th floor, staff a little unattentive on reception. Female staff member in downstairs bar showed no personality or interest in being there. The shower in the room was also a bit odd.

The hotel was lovely and clean. A room was spotless and offered great view of the centre and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were helpful and the location has easy access to metro, train and buses. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Paris.

Generally fine. Room was great and neighborhood was amazing. Unfortunately, I indicated a feather allergy before arrival and all pillows and comforter in room were down filled. Over our time there, we asked for them to be switched out 3 separate times (waiting for staff to finally be available at reception each time) and they were never switched out. Including three time when my wife was promised someone would be up "right away". The staff was obviously overworked and did not have time to even check people in at arrival.

Absolutely terrible experience! The room was dirty and full of hair everywhere — clearly not cleaned properly. They didn’t vacuum for three days, even after we reminded them so many times. We asked them over and over to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, but they ignored us. No slippers provided, and when we tried to call reception, no one answered. Very poor service — definitely not worth the money. Never staying here again!
