Overpriced, not comfortable or restful.

I booked online and I booked a room that said sleeps three, but when we got there they made us pay $100 a night for a rollaway for my son. It was hot, and they said they don’t turn on the AC in March. After flying in, We wanted cool and quiet but construction was going on in the room next door, and it was very noisy. Overpriced, not comfortable!

The Alfred Sommier Hotel is absolutely EXQUISITE. The owner makes it a point to get to know you personally and make you feel at home. The excellent and attentive staff (Clemence/Manager; Maeva/Concierge; Henri and Ghalia/Front Desk) were so lovely, joyful and kind. I ate dinner in the beautiful restaurant with DELICIOUS food and equally lovely and attentive service! My room was dreamy and oh so French!! The location is so central and walkable to so many iconic places. The Alfred Sommier will now be my "Paris home away from home" - THANK YOU WITH A GRATEFUL HEART-Susan Greenspan/USA

We’ve been to Paris numerous times. This hotel by far is the most beautiful and amazing place we’ve ever stayed at. It’s such a special place not just because of the elegant architecture but also the service you get from the staff and the owner is exceptional! The best experience in Paris! Very friendly and attentive staff, lots of attention to cute details. Very beautiful, clean hotel in a good area. We absolutely loved the stay. This was our 3rd time staying at Alfred Sommier and it was gorgeous as usual. We had booked a terrace room this time and were not thrilled with the size, bathroom or balcony, so we upgraded to the junior suite. Worth every penny! What a gorgeous room! Location is excellent, close walking distance to both Madeline and Concord metro stations as well as Printemps and Galleries Lafayette. Tons of great places to eat nearby as well. This is our home away from home in Paris and we look forward to our next stay.
