Great location, possible to walk to quite a few attractions. East access to the metro to explore Paris and plenty of cafes and shops in easy walking distance. Staff are friendly with excellent English Hotel is clean and pleasant and the rooms have the kind of personality you will find in an older building but are well appointed. Rooms are compact but you will not be spending a lot of time in there as you have all of Paris on the doorstep.

Not that bad, but definitely not a 3 star level
I was on a family trip and didn’t expect much but just what’s right from a 3 star hotel that charged me almost 300 euros per night. after all I feel like it was pretty much on a 2-2.5 star level but definitely not 3. The bathrooms lock was broken, I asked on my first night the guy from the reception to fix it , he told me he will call someone to fix it right away. No one came! When I arrived the room it was late night , I was surprised to see that all the coffee bags are decaff. I asked the reception to send regular coffee from now on. They said ok, from that moment we got only decaf’s instead of regular. I asked for a room with nice view and got a room with a wall infornt of all my windows…. I also said before twice that we’re arriving the hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I didn’t expect much, maybe a fruit bowl or a small wine bottle , they didn’t do anything…. I went on the morning to check the breakfast and it looked very poor so we ate everyday outside the hotel . Overall it wasn’t so bad but just not right for the amount we paid and for 3 stars level.
