Worst hotel ever!! Nothing like the photos

After an hours drive via Uber, I wasn’t pleased based on the journey & the exterior of the hotel. As soon as I checked in, there was a confusion that the booking wasn’t paid, but after digging deeper on the receptionist, she managed to find my reservation. The minute I walked into my room, it was the most embarrassing moment I’ve ever felt. Radiator hanging from the wall, damp stain on the carpet & bathroom ceiling, broken window frame. Noisy guests during the night. Local neighbourhood is unpleasant ( next to a motorway, garages, building sites, etc ) The minute we heard about France being in lockdown based on the Coronavirus, it was a perfect time to leave this disgusting hotel. Next time I’ll spend my hard earn cash & stay at the Champs Elysees. At least their hotels are more tourist friendly
If I had children staying at this room would you be comfortable with an electric radiation hanging from the wall touching the carpet floor?
If you have asthma or a weak immune system would you stay in this room with bathroom mould on the ceiling?
Imagine a top floor bedroom with your kids, & the window isn’t secured with a broke frame / lock and kids accidentally open this window, this is a accident waiting to happen

Hôtels dangereux ! Surtout avec des enfants

Écœurant, hôtel dégueulasse même pour 39 euros (basse saison), insalubre, dangereux, à fermer d'urgence ! Prises électriques à l'air sans cache, fissures dans le mur, aucune isolation, le froid et le bruit sont la bienvenue dans la chambre ! Le radiateur est dégueulasse, et il fait un boucan comme pas possible ! Je descend pour me plaindre, on m'explique que "tous les radiateurs font ce bruit, c'est normal, et ce n'est pas gênant". J'ai même trouvé des tâches de sang ! Hôtel à fuir ! Le personnel est assez agréable (en même temps, il manquerait plus que ça, il font juste leur travail), mais l'hôtel est vraiment écœurant, de la façade à la chambre en passant par l'odeur des couloirs ! Je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds et je le déconseille à 100%. C'est une honte pour un site comme Hotels.com de travailler avec ce genre d'hôtel ! Je retourne chez Booking si je n'ai pas de geste commercial. Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre plus de 8 photos dans cet avis, même une vingtaine de photos et une centaine de lignes ne suffiraient pas.

Photo sur internet pas conforme à la réalité de la chambre. Hotel sombre, froid, accueil inquiétant et suspicieux, odeur nauséabonde dans les étages et ascenseur. Bruit toute la nuit dans les étages Chambre froide et lit pas confortable, oubli du réveil le matin demandé la veille. Seuls points positifs : Prix et Parking fermé.

Avant de fairz votre réservation, je vous recommande ceci : n'y allez pas. Sinon vous allez le regretter. J'ai payé sur hotels.com qui m'a débité, puis arrivé à l'hotel à 01h00 du matin, je me fais rejetter pour faute de chambres comme quoi complet. J'ai dû galèrer, ils ne sont pas sérieux et ne prennent pas leurs clients au sérieux. Il y avait deux dames juste avant qui ont eu la même mauvaise expérince. Avoir réservé, payé, mais jetées dehors! En plus, de visu, l'hotel parait délabré. Et rajouté à cela, service zéro et bonjour le respect du client Roi. Donc, je ne vous recommande pas. J'aime pas que d'autres tombent dans le même panneau que moi. Donc, évitez!

Hôtel à démolir !!

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, le lieu est insalubre, à l’accueil, vous y voyez des fils qui pendent partout au dessus du comptoir. L’état extérieur de l’hôtel, n’est pas du tout accueillant, c’est super sale !!!!!!!!!!! Les serrures badgeuses sont à changer dans l’intégralité ! Une chambre nous a été attribuée et pendant 20 minutes nous essayions d’ouvrir cette porte, au final celle ci ne s’est jamais ouverte.. nous nous sommes rendu de nouveau à l’accueil une autre chambre nous a été attribuée, nous avons tout de même galerer à ouvrir la porte .. à propos de la chambre... il n’y a pas de déco, les meubles sont vieux, la moquette est brûlée à quelques endroits.. il faut partager une serviette pour 2 et le tapis de bain n’est pas fournis .... Je vous recommande de venir avec vos propres boissons , les prix sont exorbitants...

A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT après avoir réserver par HÔTELS.COM sur internet et payé lors de la réservation à l'arrivée dans l'établissement CAMPANILE Livry gargan le directeur m'a refait payé la chambre soit disant que Hôtels.com n'avait pas payé. Donc j'ai été débité deux fois du montant !!! et après 9 appels téléphoniques et 3 mails le directeur m'a enfin répondu parce que j'avais réussi à obtenir son numéro de portable et pour me dire que lui n'avait été payé qu'une seule fois.........en plus (notre chambre n°11) un trou à la porte d'entrée, abat jour avec des traces d'humidité où autre chose, moquette lamentable et j'ai surtout pas pris de douche pour ne pas avoir de problème. Le petit déjeuners idem je n'ai osé prendre d'un café et un croissant cela fait cher le petit déjeuner

Première et dernière fois, hôtel dans un état que je ne serait nommer, sale, abîmé, sans parler des fissure et des murs péter dans notre chambre, ancien , je ne suis ni content de la prestation , ni du personnel. Quand je prend une réservation de 3 jour et qu'on me dit ouvertement que je suis assez stupide pour en prendre 1 de 1 jour et une autre de 2 jours (alors que je fournis le mail à l'appuie réservation de 3 jours consécutif) , donc si le partenaire hôtel.com ne communiques pas suffisamment, pas la peine de s'en prendre au client. Voici les photo que j'ai prise à mon arrivé, qui nous ont donné des sueur froides.
