This is a great location near Montparnasse, with easy access to the subway and pleasant walking streets filled with restaurants and a Sunday brocante. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Thank you; this is my second stay here.

Payed 190€/night, my room was on the 3rd floor, no elivator. the floor, the doors the wall changed to maid/ design, the bathroom with cheep bathroom fittings, one night someone came in my room, the other night the door did not open, if there would be a fire I don‘t see a possibilty to get out if it. In Germany you would not get the permission to rent out room.
