Convenient but rather mediocre

Disappointing for a 3 star: old furniture, dysfunctional bathroom. For French standards, to me this is just an average 2 stars. However, comfortable bed and fairly quiet room if you're facing the back for the building. Only advantage : right next to the Bercy suway station and a 3-min walk to the Accord Arena Concert Hall.

Accueil quelconque, chambre propre mais est loin de la photo que l'on peu voir. Mobilier assez vieux et ma chaise était loin d'être dans la meilleure de sa forme et j'ai eu peur de rester assis dessus. Douche petite et le pommeau que j'avais était très petit, suffisant pour un enfant. Cependant, la pression de l'eau était correcte. Literie correcte et assez confortable. A part cela, pour un soi disant 3*, il n'y a rien dans la chambre, pas de mouchoirs papiers, même pas un plateau bouilloire et il y 2 distributeurs de savon, un dans la douche et l'autre près du lavabo. Pour moi, c'est un 2* déguisé en 3*. Seul avantage de cette hôtel est qu'il est proche de l'Accor Arena de Bercy. Maintenant, vous savez ce que vous avez ou pas pour le prix que vous payez. Affaire d'impression ?? Petit déjeuner buffet à 16€, très mal vendu par le personnel que je n'ai pas eu le courage de l'essayer et en voyant la salle le matin, qui avait l'air très morose j'ai pas osé le tenter. Par sur que je réserve à nouveau cette hôtel lors de ma prochaine visite à Bercy.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful they were very friendly and helpful, which really made our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is quite dated and could benefit from some upkeep, and we did notice ants during our stay I wouldn’t say it’s clean. The condition doesn’t fully reflect the photos online. That said, it’s a budget-friendly option, and while the building could use updates, the staff truly stand out. Personally, I might choose to pay a bit more next time for a hotel closer to the main area.

Exactly what you expect for a budget hotel in Paris. Place was decent, extremely hot in the summer as I do not have air conditioning which nowhere in Paris does unless you’re staying somewhere super bougie. Close to the trains obviously, and the restaurants around are decent but overpriced as they are catering to tourist. Overall good bang for your buck. PS when you’re checking in make sure you’re not staying on the side where the trains are… If you wanna have your windows open, it is extremely loud till about 2:00Am in the morning and they start back up again at 6 AM
