We stayed at this location 12/08-12/10. I was excited about my stay at first, I was visiting Disneyland Paris for the first time in celebration of my 50th birthday. I chose this location because the online description noted its close proximity to the park… “NOT” this location posed uneccsary challenges in relation to transportation. It took us 45 mins to travel 2 miles via a bus then train to Disney. That’s crazy!!! Especially if you’re traveling with small children. The hotel was not as up to date as the photos online and the noise from other guest can be heard through the night. Food options are not as good in the area. Staff was very rude and not as accommodating as other brands. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Hôtel au top, merci au jeune homme à l’arrivée nous a très bien accueilli ainsi qu’aux deux dames renseignent bien, il sont à l’écoute du client serviable bienveillant, très bel hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très moderne, très propre, chambres spacieuses ménage nickel, petit déjeuner y’a de tous et bon, parking Free, à proximité de Vallée village et CC val d’Europe,Disney, possibilité d’étendre de quelques heures en plus pour départ tardif en supplément. Hôtel tellement bien qu’on voulait y retourner pour nôtre retour de l’étranger avant de reprendre la route, mais plus de place pour le 15/10, une prochaine fois j’espère. Encore merci

I stayed twice here. First time when I checked in on Sep. 15th all good except for one thing. I planned to keep my big luggage here at the hotel because we were traveling to other destinations and come back before final flight to Canada. This was confirmed by staff at check in and many other times. On the day 17th morning when leaving to Lourdes, front office lady refuse to keep the luggage. This disrupted our whole plan and we had to carry the big luggage all the way to Train station and leave it there. Front office lady on that day was not cooperative at all. Finally the manager only gave us directions to left luggage at Montparnasse station. And on our return we had to bring it back all the way for our second time check in on 24th. That was not pleasant at all. I have to say all the staff was good except for that lady at the desk on 17th morning, she was acting like manager but she was not. For other travellers I would say this is far from the City and time consuming travelling. It is near Disney Land. Other than that everything is good and nice hotel. Management should keep their staff informed about their policies regarding guest luggage to avoid all this troubles.

Checked in and went to our room. Pink mold all throughout the showers as if the shower itself has never been actually cleaned. Got a new room at the front desk with ease which was great on their part but the new room was just the same. Dirty white hand prints on the window door that opens oh and the shower had no pink mold which was great. This one had BLACK mold instead. With soap smeared on the walls of the shower. Felt so disgusting in the room. On top of that I think our ac was broken. We turned the heater on and even then it was freezing cold throughout our 3 days there no matter what we tried to do with the ac. So disappointed wish I spent my money elsewhere.

Quiet and convenient for Disney

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and we slept well. The location was perfect for our trip, as it was only a 15-20 minute drive to Disney. We really appreciated the free parking and enjoyed relaxing by the great pool. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Our only small issue was with the housekeeping. Our towels were not exchanged during the daily room cleaning, and we had to specifically ask for fresh ones. The staff was more than happy to provide them when we asked. Despite this minor issue, our experience was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely hotel with pool close to Disneyland. Reception check-in was quick & friendly. Hallways smelt lovely and looked clean. Room looked fab, If I was being picky, couple of stars were lost for large coffee stain on carpet in the room that probably could have been removed and dust along the bottoms of the balcony doors otherwise room was spotless. Pool was great and a nice temperature. Broken sun bed that needed to be replaced and lots of wasps/bees.
