The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. And, I appreciated the snacks that were provided. We just had one hiccup: the hotel's database was apparently hacked and I received an email and a text message that were spoofed to look like messages from the hotel asking for payment. I would recommend staying at this hotel, but just be careful about communications and payment that you did not initiate.

This was a charming boutique hotel with amazing personal touches. Staff were friendly and nice… we had a handwritten note to welcome us as well as snacks and a special drink. I wound come here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the train station.

Let’s start with the positives. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel was fine for a brief overnight. BUT space in the room was tight, not all of the fixtures & fittings worked or were secure and the shower had mould. 4 star hotel? We think not.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, we had asked for a balcony room and didn’t get. The water in the shower could have been hotter, but one night there to see a few sites was great.

Great stay - clean - lots of restaurants

Nice little breakfast available for 15euro per day. Expresso and snacks available for free so good. Very clean and in a good area. 4min walk to Gare de Lyon Station. 100s of restaurants and cafes within minutes. Next door to a pizzeria, viet and Tibetan restaurant. Also 2 bakeries within 1min walk. Late night can be sketchy, room is alittle tight for Premium Double. 4/5
