Our experience with Hotel Duminy Vendome was fantastic from the moment I booked. They contacted us to explain everything about my room was on the beautiful courtyard.They sent me an email to see if I needed a taxi, which was very convenient. We had a flight change and arrived early. Martinique, one of the hotel employees, immediately contacted us and resolved the issue very kindly. Also, when we arrived at the reception, Joy explained everything to us regarding the areas. Beatrice was incredibly helpful in booking our dinner and giving us the best service.
