Nice 3 star hotel. Recommended

Pros: As above.
Cons: Breakfast and beverage availability
Proximity to Gare du Nord very convenient. Air conditioning in rooms an enormous positive during recent very hot weather in Paris. Rooms have been refurbished quite recently and very comfortable Staff very good,helpful and knowledgeable. Street side rooms on 3rd. floor not too noisy and traffic noise not intrusive. Breakfast modest but many good boulangeries nearby. Will be returning soon to stay in a courtyard room next vist
