The room was fine for us with a large comfy bed and air con. The breakfast was good with coffee, croissants, cheese and ham. There was also scrambled egg and meats. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Minutes from everything. We could walk or catch the Metro everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast every morning was always fresh and delicious. The latte machines were a godsend. The room and bed were excellent.

Loved the location and staff was great! Walkable to arc and eiffel tower. Air conditioning went down to 19 Celsius and worked well. Room was small but to be expected in Paris. Near metros and bus lines. Would definitely stay again!

All front desk staff, especially Rudy, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was walkable to major attractions as well as the metro and buses. There was also a supermarket right around the corner for your hotel munchies and drinks.

Nice little boutique hotel

Very good service and kind staff. Rooms were fairly small, but nice. The overhead shower was so clogged that the little water that came trough went everywhere. Hand shower worked okay. Otherwise clean, but shower heads need deep cleaning in at least two rooms.

HÎtel was in a quiet area just a short walk from centre of Champs Elysées and Metro station. Staff were friendly and helpful and whilst the beds and room were comfortable they were smaller than expected and could do with a refresh.

The issue I had was when I checked into my room there was a used sanitary napkin and a used q-tip ear cleaner in the bathroom trashcan, absolutely disgusting. I did not want to bring attention to it because my daughter gets embarrassed easily and did not want her to feel bad, I threw it out when we left for dinner. Another issue was the tv remote didn’t work properly, I managed to turn on the tv once and couldn’t turn it off until finally it shut off after many attempts. The reading light also didn’t work next to the bed. I probably wouldn’t stay there again but on the positive side, the staff was always very friendly and nice and the small breakfast was good.

Ooh la la, France!

Overall, me and my friend's stay was really good! Previous selections show that. We felt very safe. The hotel and our room were very clean and beautifully decorated! Each of the front desk staff and the breakfast area attendant were friendly, professional, and very courteous! It was centrally located by many wonderful restaurants and, historical sights, and shopping. LOVED our stay!!! We arrived and left thinking ooh la la, France!
