I really enjoyed my stay at the Korner Montmartre, especially the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room I was staying at was clean and I enjoyed the drinks that I had access to even though I didn’t purchase the breakfast

Unsafe and unprofessional – avoid at all costs

We booked Korner Hotel for a family trip to Paris and Disneyland with our 8- and 10-year-old children, hoping for joy after the recent loss of their grandfather. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. On arrival, we were given a damp, moldy basement room. I have acute asthma, and within minutes I was struggling to breathe and reaching for my inhaler. The receptionist promised we would be moved to a safer room later in our stay, but when the day came, a different receptionist (Masha) flatly denied any responsibility. She dismissed our concerns about health risks, refused to provide management’s details, and repeatedly accused us of being “aggressive” for simply trying to show our booking details on a passport. Her behaviour escalated to shouting, then she called the police and locked us and our crying children out of the hotel late at night. We had to scramble to find another hotel at midnight, paying €115 extra, after a full day in Disneyland. This hotel not only failed to provide a safe room, it showed shocking disregard for guest wellbeing and basic professionalism. Our children were left traumatised and in tears. For anyone with health conditions or simply wanting a safe and respectful stay in Paris: do not book this hotel.

The best part-LOCATION-The location of this property was fantastic for short walks to the Metro and Sacre Couer. There are many restaurant options nearby. And there is a laundromat just around the corner (if you pack light for long trips like we do) The rooms at the hotel are very small-but we didn’t mind. We weren’t there to spend time in our rooms. And if you are not used to the European size single bed, be ready. I’m 5’9” and my feet hung over. Overall, I would stay here again.

This was a really good base for our stay in Montmartre. The room was small but well considered and very stylish. The only slight issue was that there was no air conditioning (but the hotel emailed us before our stay to let us know and they supplied a large fan but as we were there during really hot weather it did affect our sleep). Everything else was great and the staff were really helpful

Very comfortable for the price you pay. The street nearby can get quite busy but never prevented me from sleeping at night. The room is just big enough for one person maybe two, depending on how long you want to stay.

Nice quaint hotel in a brilliant location

Nice quaint hotel, room was small but had everything we needed and was quiet despite being very close to lots of restaurants. We didn't have breakfast included, but were able to have drinks anytime we wanted which was a nice touch. Brilliantly located close to Moulin Roige, Amalie's cafe and Montemarte. All in all a great place to stay

Nowhere on the listing says that the property does not have air-conditioning, the rooms are super tiny, and you can hear everything that the other person says are do in the other rooms, the area feels so unsafe there are persons hanging around in the front of the hotel. It seems like a red light district., every place that I visited around the hotel told me to be super careful because a lot of theft and crimes happen in the area. The only good thing is that it’s close to a lot of shopping and the Moulin Rouge.
