Easy to walk to the Loeuvre. Hotel was unable to provide the room type requested in the reservation & made no offer to rectify the situation. Rooms are small but that may just be the European standard.

Exceeded expectations. This was a wonderful hotel. We received a bottle of champagne and snacks upon arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was turndown service nightly. We enjoyed some cocktails at the bar. The room service was very prompt and the food was delicious and hot. The staff were friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations and arranging cabs. This is in a lovely neighborhood with walking distance to the museums, numerous restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hotel Pont Royal. As you walk into the hotel, the lobby is warm and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the amenities were a plus. We spent a lot of our free time day or night sitting out on our balcony just taking in our views. The morning breakfasts were delicious and I want to point out again the staff were top notch.

Nice stay - good location

I read so many reviews before picking Pont Royal primarily due to the fact that room and bathroom size would be comfortable for 2 people. As I'm sure you've read, rooms in Paris tend to be small. The size of the bathroom was good, room was small-ish but not tiny. The front desk was fine at check-in and they did continually check to see how the stay was going. We had to ask for additional coffee pods but not a big deal. I would say, the hotel does need to solve to having water in glass bottles available. I had to purchase water from the bar every night. Location is good/decent - short walk to the Seine and 15 min to the Louvre. There are probably more lively areas to stay in St Germain however we did appreciate that the hotel was quiet and we slept well.

Hotel Pont Royal is an excellent property. Exceptional service from staff and housekeeping. Conveniently located in the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank, I would highly recommend this hotel. A surprise addition for our stay was a jazz session with Sofie Sorman in the Lounge on Saturday night. Delightful!
