The stay was fine. Location was excellent. There is no concierge and staff (one in particular) appeared unfamiliar with how to get around. Instructions when asked were vague and unhelpful. Nice hotel. Unfortunately we had some mis haps with availability for room bottled water and morning coffee but after the second notification of the problem it was easily resolved. Shout out to the morning and midday front desk. Easy walk to metro and Le Bon Marche. Very important when you are an avid shopper. Thanks to the staff!
