The hotel was great. All of the staff were very helpful, and it was very clean hotel. The area around was nice because it was fairly quiet, but also only a couple minutes from great shopping and very close to the metro stations. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a hotel in Paris.

Lovely location and accommodating and pleasant staff. Room and bathroom are nice but very very small- my husband is 6ft and had to sit sideways on commode! AC was a treasure. Older hotel do can hear your neighbors, street noises, etc. someone came into our room at 2 pm, long after room was serviced, and didn’t knock or identify themselves. A bit strange. Overall a good central location

Customer service was excellent always somebody there to greet you or help you with anything you needed. A few of the staff were quite helpful with my Taxi reservation and printing off some paperwork. The area was perfect lots of restaurants, shops beautiful park very close to the river, which was my favourite area to walk. Loved it very safe highly recommend staying at this hotel and in this part of Paris. The hotel room and bathroom were very small. I was a little surprised by that, but that being said everything else was so excellent that that didn’t seem to be a problem for us at all.
