The room we were given when we checked in was a handicap accessible room that had only 1 door on shower (when we showered, water went everywhere). More importantly, the A/C wasn't putting out any cold air and it was 90*F outside. When we spoke to staff for this, we were told there would be a maintenance person in the morning to check it out. The next night, we asked the employee there and he said it was impossible because it was a Sunday and maintenance wouldn't be in until monday. We eventually got him to say he could give us a room if people hadn't checked in by 11pm so we could have A/C.
Eventually we were able to get a different (but very small) room that had working A/C and attempted to use the laundry service advertised on expedia. They told us leave a bag with front desk in the morning. We came by in the morning and they told us that it wasn't a service provided anymore, only for the Olympics a full year ago, and they only did ironing service. When we came back at night we asked the employee there and he stated they didn't provide any laundry service at all and said the bags provided (which also said there were multiple services provided on the bag) were only there so you could carry laundry easier. Overall, the staff gave us mixed messages and completely different answers depending on who we asked, and various degrees of how much they helped.
