Good location with cafes right at your door. Room is good and beds comfortable but shower is so small it is hard to move around. Didn't have breakfast there but supermarkets so close for any supplies needed.

Great small hotel

Pros: Staff and homely feel
Cons: Shuttle to airport is supposed to take 1 hour, ours took 3
Liftbwas out of action several times during our 10 day stay, but otherwise good value for Paris

Clean and friendly but not the best

Cons: Wifi speed and air conditioning
The hotel was nice, great location. They didn't have air conditioning and their wifi speed was so slow it was almost no existent. I might stay again but would probably shop around a bit first.
